Born and raised in the communities of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, Josh grew up in a large, busy household with his parents & seven siblings. He grew up participating in a variety of athletics, including competitive soccer, a sport that he still actively enjoys playing today. After high school, he attended the University of the Fraser Valley, taking courses in Urban Studies. During this time, Josh was also working in construction as a carpenter that involved framing residential homes.
When you meet Josh, you’ll realize how some people have described him as enthusiastic & sociable. His outgoing personality helps in communication, talking through ideas or problems and handling fast-paced situations that require quick decision making. While working closely with the rest of the team, Josh is keen to help you reach your real estate goals.
Born in Dublin, Ireland, Sandra lived there with her parents and siblings until moving to Maple Ridge, BC with her family at the age of 18. After attending Kwantlen Polytechnic University and graduating with a Diploma of Fine Arts, she went on to receive her Real Estate License.
Sandra has now been a licensed REALTOR® for over 30 years. Her experience is demonstrated in her high level of repeat and referral clients, the respect of her peers and the awards she has received.
